When you use SidelineHQ to manage teams, we store information you provide including:

  • Team and organization names and details
  • Player rosters and contact information
  • Event schedules, attendance, and RSVP data
  • Fee schedules, invoices, and payment records

Usage Information

We automatically collect:

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, access times)
  • Feature usage analytics to improve our service

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the SidelineHQ platform
  • Send team notifications via email, push, or SMS

Payment Processing

SMS & Messaging

Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only while your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may:

  • Delete individual records through the app
  • Request complete account deletion by contacting support@sidelinehq.com

Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed. No backups of deleted accounts are retained.

Children's Privacy

SidelineHQ is designed for use by coaches, parents, and team administrators who are 18 or older. Player information entered into the platform is managed by authorized adults (parents, guardians, or coaches). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
